  1. Awesome Abimanyu. You have brought out the importance of mental health and the causes leading to deterioration of mental health very well. Yes, all the 8 points will help improve our mental health. We can choose between exercise, yoga, and walking and include them as per our convenience due to time constraints. We can juggle between them by devoting time for each on specific days. Taking healthy food is very important along with avoiding junk foods or minimizing them. Socialising is important as it improves mental health. I have experienced it after becoming active on social media, which helped me find more like-minded people with whom we can share and learn. Earlier, I thought I was alone when I had certain problems. Later, from social media, I learnt I am not alone. This helped me overcome my loneliness. Social media taught me self-love that helped me improve my self confidence, self esteem, and self worth. Sleeping well in night is important as our biological clock has set our circadian rhythm to sleep at night because the sleep hormone, melatonin, is secreted only during night, specifically when dark that is why we aren't able to sleep in bright light. As exercise is to body learning is for mind. It helps improve knowledge, which in turn increases our self confidence that helps decrease anxiety and depression because it decreases fear of uncertainty.
